Experience- 4-7 years of ECVC in big law
Qualifications/Responsibilites:
- Representating technology and growth companies at all stages of their development, from seed-stage start-ups to large private companies to early-stage public companies to mature public companies.
- Counseling entrepreneurs on company formation, equity structures, and negotiations with venture capital firms in financings.
- Advising private and public companies and their management on a broad range of corporate matters, including strategic and commercial transactions, fundraising transactions, corporate governance responsibilities, equity incentive plans and arrangements, employment matters, intellectual property issues, and regulatory compliance.
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar
- AM law firm experience
